The chocolate that we use in the kitchen. Our own import from Guatemala - from Dalileo chocolate, a permaculture farm doing everything just right. All cacao trees are grown from seed, ensuring that each tree has it’s own soul - therefore the cacao is used for ceremonial purposes.
