Cancellation and change of booking policy

Change a booking: You can change your booking up to 7 days prior to arrival. Simply make a new booking in the same name and write in the comments your original booking number + that you need to have your original booking canceled. Then we will transfer the money back to you within a few days.

Changing name on a booking: You are always welcome to resell or give your stay to family, friends or similar.

Cancel a booking: If you are unable to travel or get sick right before your stay, always check with your insurance company if they cover the cost (you can even do it when booking). It’s quite usual since you book both a stay and a dinner, especially if you paid with a credit card. People often plan a stay at Stedsans in good time and it’s hard to sell a ticket with short notice. Therefore, our terms are pretty strict. The recent years have been hard on us with a lot of late cancelations. Therefore, we can’t do exceptions on our terms.

- 60 days prior to stay: We charge 500 SEK handling fee. 
- 59-30 days prior to stay: We return 75% of the stay
- 29-15 days prior to stay: We return 50% of the stay
- 14-1 days prior stay: We return 25% of the stay.
- No show/cancellations on the day: Your booking is lost.

Arrival time
Usually our check-in is 15-17 (in wintertime 14-16) and check-out is at 12. On certain days or for retreats it may be different, you will get an email before your stay about this.

Handling of personal information

When booking, you are requested to enter your full name, phone number and email. We will use this information only to contact you regarding your booking.

By completing a booking, you agree to receive (i) an email which we may send you shortly prior to your arrival date, giving you information on your stay and providing you with certain information and offers relevant to your reservation.

(Further) correspondence and communication
In order to duly complete and secure your reservation, you need to use your correct email address. We are not responsible or liable for (and have no obligation to verify) any wrong or misspelt email address or inaccurate or wrong (mobile) phone number or credit card number.

Any claim or complaint against Stedsans or in respect of the Service must be promptly submitted, but in any event within 7 days after checking out date. Any claim or complaint that is submitted after the 7 days period, may be rejected and the claimant shall forfeit its right to any (damage or cost) compensation.

These terms and conditions apply to all our services made available online, through any mobile device, by email or by telephone. By accessing, browsing and using our (mobile) website through whatever platform (hereafter collectively referred to as the "website") and/or by completing a reservation, you acknowledge and agree to have read, understood and agreed to the terms and conditions set out below (including the privacy statement).

These pages, the content and infrastructure of these pages, and the online reservation service provided on these pages are provided for your personal, non-commercial use only, subject to the terms and conditions set out below.

“Stedsans”, "Stedsans Farm & Restaurant", "us", "we" or "our" means Stedsans AB, a limited liability company incorporated under the laws of Sweden, and having its registered address at Bohult 109, 31491 Hyltebruk, Sweden.

"Platform" means the (mobile) website on which the Service is made available owned, controlled and hosted by Gecko Booking and maintained and managed by Stedsans.

"Services" means the option to book one of our options for accommodation and dinners. You can see the current prices and options available on our website www.stedsans.org as well as in our booking system.

Our Services are made available for personal and non-commercial use only. Therefore, you are not allowed to re-sell, deep-link, use, copy, monitor (e.g. spider, scrape), display, download or reproduce any content available on the Platform for any commercial or competitive activity or purpose.
