Our booking terms and conditions
These terms and conditions apply to all our services made available online, through any mobile device, by email or by telephone. By accessing, browsing and using our (mobile) website through whatever platform (hereafter collectively referred to as the "website") and/or by completing a reservation, you acknowledge and agree to have read, understood and agreed to the terms and conditions set out below (including the privacy statement).
These pages, the content and infrastructure of these pages, and the online reservation service provided on these pages are provided for your personal, non-commercial use only, subject to the terms and conditions set out below.
“Stedsans”, "Stedsans in the Woods", "us", "we" or "our" means Stedsans AB, a limited liability company incorporated under the laws of Sweden, and having its registered address at Bohult 109, 31491 Hyltebruk, Sweden.
"Platform" means the (mobile) website on which the Service is made available owned, controlled and hosted by Gecko Booking and maintained and managed by Stedsans in the Woods.
"Services" means the option to book one of our options for accommodation and dinners. You can see the current prices and options available on our website www.stedsans.org as well as in our booking system.
Our Services are made available for personal and non-commercial use only. Therefore, you are not allowed to re-sell, deep-link, use, copy, monitor (e.g. spider, scrape), display, download or reproduce any content available on the Platform for any commercial or competitive activity or purpose.
Payment, cancellation and change of book
Please note that it is not possible to cancel a booking, and that we require that payment is made upfront by debit or credit card. Therefore your debit or credit card will be charged without any option for refund upon making the reservation. A credit card fee may be added to the price. By making a reservation, you accept and agree to that cancellation is not possible, similar to when you buy a concert or theatre ticket. You are, however, welcome to change the booking date up to five days before arrival, if another day suitable for you is available.
If you have booked a stay, the arrival time is between 3pm and 6pm on the day you have booked. Please be there on time, as you will not be refunded the parts of the experience you miss by arriving later. Earlier arrival is unfortunately not possible as we need time to prepare an unforgettable experience for you. Check out is at 11am, but you are free to stay longer in our forest if you wish.
If you have booked dinner only, the arrival time is also between 3pm and 5pm on the day you have booked. Please be there on time, as you will not be refunded the parts of the experience you miss by arriving later. Earlier arrival is unfortunately not possible.
Handling of personal information
When booking you are requested to enter your full name, phone number and email. We will use these information only to contact you regarding your booking.
(Further) correspondence and communication
By completing a booking, you agree to receive (i) an email which we may send you shortly prior to your arrival date, giving you information on your stay and providing you with certain information and offers relevant to your reservation, and (ii) an email which we may send to you promptly after your stay inviting you to complete our guest review form.
In order to duly complete and secure your reservation, you need to use your correct email address. We are not responsible or liable for (and have no obligation to verify) any wrong or misspelled email address or inaccurate or wrong (mobile) phone number or credit card number.
Any claim or complaint against Stedsans in the Woods or in respect of the Service must be promptly submitted, but in any event within 7 days after the scheduled day of consummation of the product or service (e.g. check out date). Any claim or complaint that is submitted after the 7 days period, may be rejected and the claimant shall forfeit its right to any (damage or cost) compensation.
